I had emailed customer service prior to purchasing film and really didn’t expect a quick response
much less one at all. Bob from customer sales replied within the hour with the recommended type
and size of film I should buy and some application instructions. I thought that was awesome! I have
2 little kids and getting on the phone is an invitation for them to get into trouble. Companies
underestimate good customer service these days no matter what form it is in. Thanks!

Very satisfied - no problems and fast delivery. For a perfect score, I’d like to see better
communication of tracking information and perhaps a slicker web sight. Pricing was competitive on
a product that was hard to find. Overall, very good.

I highly recommend this company. The film arrived quickly. Instructions were great and the film went
on easily.

The delivery service only delivers during the day so we had to travel 20 minutes to pick up our
merchandise as we both work days. I would suggest in future that Canada Post be utilized as the
pick up is much closer. Other than that inconvenience we were very pleased with the service and
merchandise.
